The staff is very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The breakfast, although basic, is fresh and satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast range is a bit small, lacking the variety that other Turkish hotels offer.

They have a 24-hour front desk, but who needs that when you can stay in a hotel with no reception at all?

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. It was situated in a vibrant area with plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Plus, being close to the seaside and a park made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The presence of a fridge in our room was an added bonus. despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a decent experience at A11 Hotel.

Clean and modern rooms, with a great ambiance. the location of the hotel is perfect, with everything you need within a 0-5 minute walk. It is also very safe, and there are various transportation options available right in front of the hotel.

Limited English communication, which made it difficult to express our needs. the cleaning staff also served breakfast and cleaned the rooms, resulting in our room being cleaned in the late afternoon.
